1. This equipment is further improved on the basis of DSG-D3 full-servo optical edging machine, which is independently developed and produced by DESSIG. After several iterations in the factory, it can replace imported CNC edging machines of the same kind, providing a better choice for lens processing with high requirements;

2, the use of imported high-precision screw and guide rail assembly, repeated positioning <0.002mm, can ensure the processing of lenses in a smaller range of long-term stable production;

3, the improved whetstone shaft has higher rigidity, and the lens processing is not easy to "break the edge";

4, the stone shaft is driven by a servo motor, the speed range is 10-4500rpm, can be adjusted according to requirements;

5, with wifi Internet of Things function, can achieve remote assistance operation

2、取消了传统凸轮控制砥石轴移动，改用为高精度导轨通过数字化模式移动砥石轴；

3、镜片原料的厚度差异可通过X轴高精度激光位移感应器（感应精度0.002mm）进行自动补偿；

4、调试产品时可通过小型手持电子手轮进行调试，改变了传统的调试手法，使工人更便捷快速的取调试产品；

5、加工精度出现误差时我们还可通过“刀补”去进行精度补偿，只需在显示屏幕中找到相应的位置输入需要补偿的精度即可；

6、此设备对于镜片特有形状而产生的缺口不良问题也可解决。加工镜片和平面镜片的外圆和斜倒角。利用机械进行数字化运转加工。

7、由于是全数字化控制轴向，本机也具备加工异性镜片的功能；
