The so-called early failure period refers to the initial stage of using exponential control turning and milling compound lathes, from the installation and commissioning of the whole machine to the operation of about one year, the fault characteristics of this stage are high failure frequency, and the rapid decline with the increase of use time. The reasons for frequent failures in the early stage of use are generally as follows:

1. Mechanical part.

Although the CNC turning and milling compound lathe has been running before the factory, the time is short, mainly the spindle and guide rail running-in. Due to the micro and macro geometric errors of the machined surface of the part, the machined surface of the part is still relatively rough before the complete running-in, and there may be errors in the assembly of the part. Therefore, in the early use of CNC turning and milling compound lathes, there will be large wear, resulting in a large gap between the relative moving parts of the equipment, resulting in the occurrence of failures.

2. Electrical parts.

The control system of CNC turning and milling composite lathes uses a large number of electronic components, although these components have been screened for a long time in the factory by aging test, but in actual use, due to circuit heating, AC load, surge current and reverse potential and other factors, some poor performance parts can not withstand the test. Due to current shock or voltage breakdown scrap, or characteristic curve changes, resulting in the whole system can not work normally.

3, hydraulic part.

Due to the long time of transportation and installation stage after leaving the factory, some parts of the hydraulic system are oil-free for a long time, the lubricating oil in the cylinder is dry, and the oil mist lubrication cannot work immediately, resulting in corrosion of the hydraulic cylinder or cylinder. In addition, if the newly installed air lines are not cleaned, some debris and moisture can also enter the system, causing an initial failure of the hydropneumatic part.
