2, the use of imported high-precision screw and guide rail assembly, repeated positioning <0.002mm, can ensure the processing of lenses in a smaller range of long-term stable production;

3, the improved whetstone shaft has higher rigidity, and the lens processing is not easy to "break the edge";

4, the stone shaft is driven by a servo motor, the speed range is 10-4500rpm, can be adjusted according to requirements;

5, with wifi Internet of Things function, can achieve remote assistance operation;

6, larger lens processing diameter, up to 200mm;

6、加工精度出现误差时我们还可通过“刀补”去进行精度补偿，只需在显示屏幕中找到相应的位置输入需要补偿的精度即可；

7、此设备对于镜片特有形状而产生的缺口不良问题也可解决。加工镜片和平面镜片的外圆和斜倒角。利用机械进行数字化运转加工；

8、全数字化控制轴向，具备灵活的加工能力，可以适应不同类型和形状的光学镜片加工需求。通过调整参数和砂轮，可以实现平面、球面、非球面等各种形状的镜片磨边加工，满足不同行业的需求；
